If your website is running behind a firewall it may be possible that it is blocking StoryChief from publishing to it.

You can whitelist our servers by IP address. All publishing happens from the IP address <code>52.18.212.210</code>.

Some security and optimization features built-in to Cloudflare may prohibit you from publishing or causing elements of your stories to not display correctly. <a href="https://help.storychief.io/en/articles/3371076-cloudflare-getting-it-to-play-nicely-with-storychief">Follow this guide</a> to succesfuly connect StoryChief through cloudflare.

In WordPress, Go to NinjaFirewall -&gt; Security Rules

For Select the rule you want to disable or enable, choosing Rule ID 115 from the dropdown menu and clicking on Disable it.

1. In the new page, going to Rules Editor
