Does your target audience speak mostly English, but also Dutch or another language?Publishing your social posts in the language that matches your target audience is crucial to maximize the chances of your audience reading and engaging with your content. With StoryChief you can easily publish your post for different languages by using our 'audience restrictions'.

This feature is supported for:

  • Facebook Pages

  • LinkedIn Company Pages

Follow these steps:

Step 1: Create your social post and select the social channels you want to publish your content on.

Step 2: Once you've created your social post, scroll down to 'Tailor by channel' and then click on: Audience.

Step 3: Then add the language that you want to limit your post to.

Note: This is called post gating and it will limit the visibility of your post to only people that have the language you've chosen to restrict your post to. For example, if you've chosen English, then only people that have English as one of their set languages will see the your post.

Step 4: Schedule or publish your post for your targeted audience.

Step 5 (Optional): Duplicate your social post to publish the exact same post but this time add audience restrictions for a different language and then publish or schedule your duplicated post.
