Can I make changes to my articles in my CMS?

You should see StoryChief as a layer above all your online channels and an easy-to-use dashboard to track performance.

When you change something in your CMS afterwards, these changes will not feed back into your StoryChief story. If you were then to update the article from StoryChief, the changes that you made in the CMS will be overwritten.

Editing your article in our platform is the only way to make sure that additional channels are up-to-date if you need to alter.

Lock article

It's also possible to enable the article lock, this makes sure that updating the article isn't possible from within StoryChief.

That way, users can make adjustments on the CMS, which shouldn't be overwritten after pushing an update.
