Click on the Insights page from your dashboard to get started, or click here.

The Insights page is split into multiple sections which can be accessed from the sidebar on the left.

Click on the dates at the top right to adapt your overview and channel tabs to a different period. Click on Apply once ready.

Inside the Overview section, you can find overall stats about all of your channels combined:

View how your total audience, engagements, and impressions have evolved over time:

Keep scrolling down to see changes to audience, engagements, and impressions per channel type. Click on the dropdown to change:

Your most recent social posts and their individual stats can be seen here. Click on each individual social post report to find a detailed view per post:

Different stats are available for each channel type, as shown in the table below:

If you have multiple channels for the same type, you can switch between them with the dropdown at the top left.

Here you can view the stats for the chosen period and how they compare to the previous period:

Choose a stat type from the dropdown to understand how it has evolved over time.

You can also select two stat types to compare them against each other. Or select only one stat type and enable the 'Previous period' toggle, to compare a specific stat with the previous period:

Posts for that channel can be viewed here with their stats. Scroll to the right to see older posts:
