Use the filters at the top of you calendar to get a better overview of what type of content has been published, scheduled, in draft , the approval status, see shat everyone is working on, and more. Using the filters can provide you with a birds-eye perspective of internal deadlines, help you maintain consistency and keep track of your social media marketing (learn more).
Filters:
Type
This filter allows you to display items from a specific types: Story, Social post, Event or Campaign.
Status
Content is displayed with the following statuses:
Draft - created but not scheduled or published yet.
Scheduled - finished and has a future date and time for publication.
Published - already sent out to that channel.
Approval status:
This filter allows you to see the approval status of your content. Is your content:
Pending
Approved
Declined
Channel:
This filter allows you to filter the calendar content depending to which destination an item will be published (eg. William blog, Twitter, Instagram). More info
Campaign
Display specific campaigns and the items that are assigned to them. More info
Collaborator
Filter by a user in your StoryChief account. More info
Language
This filter affects only stories and appears if you have two or more languages added.
To apply a certain filter to your calendar view, simply click on one of the filters and select one of the options available:
π Note: It is possible to select multiple filters to narrow your calendar view to. For example, you might want to use the filters: Type: Story and Status: Published, to see all of your published stories.
Save your filters:
You can also save filters to be able to trigger them again with just one click. Moreover, if you leave the page to work somewhere else, the filter will stay active whenever you come back, as long as you haven't closed your login session.
