Start creating editor snippets

1. Add editor snippets

Step 1. Create a new article or edit an existing one.

Step 2. In the Write tab of an article, select the text to transform into a snippet.

Step 3. Select the "Drag handle" and choose "Save as snippet".

Step 4. Give the new snippet a name. Ideally, something recognisable so that it's easy to find in the snippet list.


2. Insert editor snippets

Step 1. Create a new article or edit an existing one.

Step 2. Add a new line and select the "Add snippet" option.

Step 3. In the dropdown list, select the snippet to insert in this article (or other content piece). After selecting, the preview will be shown below.

To insert the snippet into the article, click "Import".


3. Manage editor snippets

Step 1. Go to the settings, select "Articles" and then "Editor". Here, an overview of the saved snippets is displayed. πŸ‘‰ Quick link

Step 2. It's possible to copy a saved snippet, for use in other content or externally. Or, the snippet can be deleted.
