With visual brand guidelines, you take it a step further: every image, banner, or downloadable asset William generates will match your visual identity too. Set it up once, and you won't need to correct off-brand visuals again.

No design tools or code required. You describe your brand the way you'd explain it to a designer, paste it into your AI configuration, and William applies it every time it creates a visual asset.

1. Define your visual brand style

If you already have a brand guideline document, skip to section 2 and paste it directly into your AI configuration.

If you don't have one yet, use William to generate a structured brand description from your website. Open a new conversation with William and run the following prompt:

Analyze this website and describe its visual brand style: [www.yourwebsite.com]

Fill in this structure including HEX values and clear properties:

Color system: Primary colors (with HEX), Secondary/accent colors (with HEX), Background and surface colors (with HEX), Text colors (primary, secondary, muted), Border colors

Layout and UI style: Border radius, Elevation, Spacing, Overall layout style

Typography: Font style, Font weights, Contrast level, Hierarchy

Buttons and interactive elements: Button styles (primary, secondary), Fill type, Corner style, Hover behavior, Text color on buttons

Output only the final structured result, ready for copy-paste.

2. Add your brand instructions to your AI configuration

Step 2. Scroll all the way down to the Custom Instructions section.

Step 3. Paste your brand guidelines into the field. Start with a clear header to scope the instructions, for example:
