4. What's in my AppSumo plan?

The orginal AppSumo plans were launched a long time ago, and StoryChief has grown immensely since then. So the additional features for the AppSumo plans grew along. This was included in the orginal plans:

5. Help, I need support

AppSumo customers can get their support from our help center, which has lots of useful guides. Next to this, there also are help videos.

5. Where Can I find the HelpDesk? And Help Videos?

6. Is it possible run all clients out of this singular agency workspace? Or do we need to create additional workspaces for each client?

You can choose what you do. Having all the channels and clients within one workspace can be chaotic though on the publishing page.

Stories you can easily separate in Campaigns indeed. For each client a separate campaign.

You can add clients as a guest writer (in that way they don't see your workspace, only their stories)

BUT on the publishing page, you'll see all the channels of all your clients. Can get messy... And the chances are real that you can publish to wrong channels.

If you have a client with big volumes of content it's better to separate the workspaces.
