1. Is the StoryChief server down?

2. What happens when I change the name of my social media channel? Does the connection break?
When you change the name of a channel, nothing happens. To see the updated name in StoryChief, remove the connection and connect the channel again. All the data and scheduled posts will remain as they were.

3. Who owns the content of my articles?
You! When you publish to your website through StoryChief, your content is saved in your backend and database of YOUR server. It's as if you created it in your own CMS, to begin with.
4. What's a workspace?
A Workspace is a shared space where you can invite teammates and clients to work on content and marketing campaigns together.
5. How does the free trial work?
StoryChief’s free trial requires no credit card to sign up. During the 7-day trial, you’ll have access to all the add-ons & features. After the free trial period, simply add your credit card details to continue using StoryChief.
6. Can I invite other team members during my trial?
You can invite as many people as you like to join your workspace in StoryChief. You won’t be billed at all during your trial period. StoryChief makes it easy to collaborate with other people on your team, craft content, create campaigns, and comment on each other’s work.
