Turn your visitors into customers. StoryChief offers you the ability to embed lead capture forms directly into your articles. You can choose from many popular CRM integrations to submit your leads to or, if you aren't using any CRM, you can choose to have your leads emailed directly to your inbox.

In this article, we explain how you can connect your CRM to StoryChief in order to receive the captured leads in your CRM system or receive an email instead.

Start using lead capture integrations

1. Your CRM system is listed on our Integrations page

Step 1. Navigate to the integrations section in your dashboard.

Step 2. Choose your platform in the Lead capture section. You can integrate forms from the following tools:

  • Salesflare

  • Teamleader

  • Mailchimp

  • HubSpot

  • Salesforce

  • Zapier (via webhook)

  • ...

Step 3. Choose your platform and click on "Add new destination" to set it up. You will be asked to log in to your CRM account and once done, you'll be able to select the list or segment where the new leads will be added to.

Step 4. Now the integration with your CRM is ready so you can embed your contact form in your articles to start capturing leads. Find out how to do this here.

2. You don't work with a CRM system, or it's not listed

If you don't work with a CRM system or the one you use is not listed, you can also receive an email with a contact card in .vcf format (virtual card format) every time a lead leaves his details.

To do so go to Integrations > Email > Add new destination > enter the email address where you want to receive this information > "Save configuration".

πŸ”” Note: You can add multiple email addresses by clicking on 'Add new destination' and entering a different email address.
