With our Zapier integration, your options for capturing leads are nearly endless.

Use lead capture forms with Zapier

Step 1. First, make sure that the application you want to connect to works with Zapier. Search for it here.

Step 2. Visit your Integrations page by expanding the top-right menu and clicking on Integrations and proceeding to Integrations. πŸ‘‰ Quick link.

Step 3. In the "Lead capture integrations" category, select "Webhook".

Step 4. On the next page, click on "Add new integration".

Step 5. Leave this page open. Go to the Zapier webhooks page in a different window/tab. You can now enter the application you want to connect to (in this example, I have chosen ConvertKit). When this happens... select "Catch Hook", the action for the other application will vary. Click on "Connect My Apps" when ready.

Step 6. Copy the webhook URL and enter it in StoryChief. In StoryChief, click on "Save configuration".

Step 7. Back in Zapier, we have 2 options:

a.) Provide test data for Zapier: embed the lead capture form in an article, publish it, and then enter some details into the form. Once done, choose "Ok, I did this".
b.) Just continue setting it up without test data: choose "Skip This Step", the downside is that you won't be able to preview the flow.

Step 8. Now just finish setting up in Zapier! Once live, leads will automatically be sent to Zapier and forwarded to the application you chose.
