Turn your visitors into customers. StoryChief offers you the ability to add lead capture forms directly into your articles. You can choose from several popular CRM integrations to submit your leads to or, if you aren't using any CRM, you can choose to have your leads mailed directly to your inbox.

Before you get started

Embed your contact form

The following steps show how to embed a form in a article. You can either embed our standard contact form or embed a contact form from an external platform:

1. Use StoryChief's standard contact form

If you have connected your CRM system with StoryChief or you have activated the email integration, you can use StoryChief's standard contact form to capture your leads and send them over to your CRM system or email address.

Step 1. Go to the article where you want to embed the contact form and press Enter so that the media toolbar appears.

Step 2. Click on the "Add lead capture form" button.
You can now select one of your forms to embed it into your article. The name of the CRM that you have connected will be shown next to the list name so that it's easily recognizable.

You can also click on "Create new lead form" if you want to connect a new CRM or email address on the go:

πŸ”” Note: Our standard contact form consists of 3 fields and it's a static form.

The standard contact form consists of 3 fields and it's a static form, meaning that no changes can be made to the fields, font, color or size.

The fields will automatically be translated into the reader's browser language:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

Step 3. Readers that fill in this form, will automatically be added to that list and sent over to your CRM system or email address. They will also count as a lead in the report of that published article.

2. Embed a contact form from an external platform:

Next to StoryChief's standard contact forms, we also has a couple of native integrations with other platforms to directly embed a personalized contact form.

The advantage of embedding these forms is that you can choose the fields and the layout of the contact form to adapt it to your own branding.

Moreover, you don't need to connect this platform with our platform since you can embed these forms directly by pasting the contact form share link as embed media in an article.
