If your website is running behind a firewall it may be possible that it is blocking StoryChief from publishing to it.

You can whitelist our servers by IP address. All publishing happens from the IP address <code>52.18.212.210</code>.

Some security and optimization features built-in to Cloudflare may prohibit you from publishing or causing elements of your articles to not display correctly. <a href="https://help.storychief.io/en/articles/3371076-cloudflare-getting-it-to-play-nicely-with-storychief">Follow this guide</a> to succesfuly connect StoryChief through cloudflare.

In WordPress, Go to NinjaFirewall -&gt; Security Rules

For Select the rule you want to disable or enable, choosing Rule ID 115 from the dropdown menu and clicking on Disable it. ​

1. In the new page, going to Rules Editor
