Connecting your StoryChief account to a Wix blog is a breeze. Just follow these steps to set it up and you're ready to go.

Before you get started:
Please make sure you have the Wix blog app installed on your Wix site.
Please make sure that the Wix site you want to connect is published.
If you want to publish in different languages, please install the Wix Multilingual app first.
Start connecting your Wix blog
Step 1. From the dropdown menu click on 'Channels', followed by 'Wix Blog'. 👉 Quick link.
Step 2. Click on "Add new destination" to begin the setup procedure.
Step 3. When you see the Wix authorization modal, select the site you want to connect.
Step 4. Click "Agree & Add". You are now redirected to your Story Chief account with the selected site connected.
Step 5. Optional: You can import your existing categories from the Wix blog to your Story Chief account.
Step 6. Optional: You can allow Story Chief to automatically create new categories on your Wix blog on your behalf, this means you only have to create new categories in Story Chief, and we will create them on the Wix blog if they do not exist yet.
Limitations:
Due to some Wix API limitations, the following is not supported
Wix blog writers are not supported, site members are used as authors instead.
Tracking metrics are not supported.
The following embeds are not supported.

Wix featured image is only supported for creating a new story, not for updating it.
Wix blog Tags are not supported.
