Connecting your StoryChief account to a Wix blog is a breeze. Just follow these steps to set it up and you're ready to go.

Please make sure you have the <a href="https://www.wix.com/app-market/wix-blog" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Wix blog app</a> installed on your Wix site.

Please make sure that the Wix site you want to connect <a href="https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-editor-publishing-your-site" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">is published</a>.

If you want to publish in different languages, please install the <a href="https://www.wix.com/app-market/wix-multilingual?" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Wix Multilingual app</a> first.

1. Please make sure you have the <a href="https://www.wix.com/app-market/wix-blog" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Wix blog app</a> installed on your Wix site.
2. Please make sure that the Wix site you want to connect <a href="https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-editor-publishing-your-site" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">is published</a>.
3. If you want to publish in different languages, please install the <a href="https://www.wix.com/app-market/wix-multilingual?" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Wix Multilingual app</a> first.

Step 1. Visit your channel page by expanding the top-right menu and clicking on Integrations. 👉 <a href="https://app.storychief.io/dashboard/channels" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Quick link</a>.

Step 2. Click on "Add new destination" to begin the setup procedure.

Step 3. When you see the Wix authorization modal, select the site you want to connect.

Step 4. Click "Agree &amp; Add". You are now redirected to your StoryChief account with the selected site connected.

Step 5. Optional: You can import your existing categories from the Wix blog to your StoryChief account.

Step 6. Optional: You can allow StoryChief to automatically create new categories on your Wix blog on your behalf, this means you only have to create new categories in StoryChief, and we will create them on the Wix blog if they do not exist yet.

Due to some Wix API limitations, the following is not supported

 Wix blog writers are not supported, site members are used as authors instead.

Wix featured image is only supported for creating a new article, not for updating it.

1.  Wix blog writers are not supported, site members are used as authors instead.
2.  Tracking metrics are not supported.
3.  The following embeds are not supported.
   1. Pastebin
   2. Transistor
   3. Vooplayer
