HubSpot is a well-known CRM that also includes a marketing hub, which can be incredibly handy to reach your customers and leads. It can be a hassle to create valuable content and distribute this as much as possible.

This article helps to include an RSS feed in HubSpot emails, which makes it easier to reach your audience and spread your articles.

Start embedding an RSS feed in HubSpot emails

Step 1. Login to storychief.io and navigate to the Integrations πŸ‘‰ Quick link.

Scroll to the "Content hubs" to find the "RSS" channel.

If this is set up, copy the URL. If not, go through the steps to set this up: Create an RSS feed for your articles.

Step 2. Go to HubSpot and to "Email" inside the "Marketing" menu.

Step 3. Click on "Create Email" and select the "Blog/RSS" type.

Step 4. Paste the RSS URL that was copied in StoryChief. If the HTTPS type doesn't work, try switching to HTTP. Click on "Continue" to go to the next step.

Step 5. Now the customization of the emails starts. The email's layout is the same as usual, but there is also an option to customize the RSS feed. This can be accessed via the Pencil on the container.

Here, additional fields and text can be added to change how the RSS feed appears inside the email. It's possible to add tokens from the RSS feed or tokens from HubSpot to further personalize the message.

πŸŽ‰ You're done, grab a coffee, you deserve it!
