1. Is my data used to train AI models?
AI subprocessors are contractually restricted from using your data to improve or train its AI model.
2. Where is my data stored?
All data are only stored on our infrastructure that is hosted in Europe.
3. Which data is shared with other platforms?
Only a small subset of data is shared with our subprocessors, only the required data to make these services work. List of subprocessors
4. How does StoryChief make sure its platform is secure?
We have an active service (Aikido) that scans our infrastructure daily for any potential security issues.
5. What happens with the data from Google Search Console?
The metrics from the website (Google Search Console) are stored on Google infrastructure in Europe. This information is not shared with any of the subprocessors.
It's only used for reporting & analysis purposes for our customers by providing insights into search results for their websites. Based on this, our platform provides improvement opportunities. (Content Audit Walkthrough)
6. Does StoryChief add cookies to my website?
Yes we set 2 cookies on article pages published to your website to track article views and average read time.
