Connecting your StoryChief account to an Odoo-powered website is a breeze. Just follow these steps to get it set up and ready to go.
🚀 With StoryChief, you can collaborate with colleagues to create content-rich articles that boost the reach and awareness of your company or blog.
🔔 Note: You need to be an admin of your Odoo website to complete the setup.
Start connecting Odoo
Step 1. From the dropdown menu click on "Integrations", followed by Odoo.
Step 2. Click 'Add new destination' to begin the setup procedure. Leave the following page open.
Step 3. On your Odoo website, make sure the Website & Blog apps are installed. Next, open the menu and choose 'My Preferences'.
Step 4. Open the 'Security' tab and click 'Add API Key'. Provide your key with the following details:
A recognisable name, such as "StoryChief".
The scope: RPC.
The key duration: "Persistent Key". Otherwise, the website will disconnect when the key expires.
Step 5. Generate the key and copy it.
Step 6. Back in StoryChief, paste the API key and the website URL. Next, click 'Save'.
Step 7. When the website is connected, you can choose a blog from the dropdown.
