Being locked out of a workspace is never nice, especially not when you're in a hurry. This help article provides ways to regain access to your account.
If you can't access a workspace, a few things could be wrong:
The workspace owner didn’t invite you to it.
You're signed in to a different account.
If you need access right away
Contact the owner and ask them to invite you to the workspace.
Check your emails
Try to find the invitation mail from StoryChief to make sure that you're using the right email address to log in.
Try a different account
If you have more than one account, see if you have access to the workspace with a different account.
To switch to another account:
Log back in with your other account.
