Congratulations, you were invited to StoryChief as a Writer!

1. Activate your StoryChief account

Once the agency invites you to StoryChief, you will receive an invitation email with the subject:
'You've been invited to join a StoryChief account' which looks like this:


Just click on 'Join workspace' to create a password or log in with your Google user or SSO. Once done, your StoryChief account will be active and you'll be able to access your workspace.



Set up your profile & change your password

To configure your personal profile, you need to log into the workspace > click on your name at the top right > click on Your profile.

2. Start writing your content

Step 1. On the dashboard, click on '+ Create' to open the creation menu. Here, select the type of content to start writing.

Step 2. Maybe your colleagues invited you to content, so you received an invitation mail with subject such as:

Step 3. If you click on the button in the second mail, you will immediately go to the specific assigned content piece (here, it's an article) with the editorial brief from your colleague, and you can start writing.

Step 4. To return to the content overview page, click on the logo of StoryChief.

Step 5. Simply write your article and perform the following actions:

Step 6. Comment by selecting text or leaving comments in the comment sidebar.

Step 7. Click on 'Ask for approval' and select the person who assigned this article to you. More details in this article.

This person will receive a notification and can give comments, and approve or decline your article.
