Let's create a TikTok post via StoryChief.

Step 1. Go to your Social posts page.

Step 2. Either click on Edit on an existing post or choose new social post. The social post editor will appear.

Step 3. Create your social post. Visit this help article to learn about the available options and features. Activate your TikTok channel.

πŸ”” Note: TikTok only supports video attachments. The video must be: Larger than 540p, less than 50MB in file size and have a duration between 3 and 60 seconds.

πŸ”” Note: TikTok does not allow you to schedule or publish the post directly to TikTok due to an API limitation on their side. You will first need to approve the publication through your phone.

Step 4. Once ready, choose to either publish now or schedule.

Step 5. Right after you click on Publish or on the day of publication if you clicked Schedule, you'll receive a notification on your phone to confirm the video post.

Step 6. Once confirmed, your video will be live on TikTok.

πŸ”” Note: If you choose to publish your video privately, StoryChief will not be able to track its performance and no stats will be shown for this channel on the social post report.

TikTok doesn't support general metrics so this channel won't show under Insights in StoryChief.
