We've added some agency settings to StoryChief, which allows agencies to customize their branding within the platform. This is to enhance the experience an agency has towards their clients, where the white-labelling options help to build more recognizability of the agency's brand.
Start setting up your agency settings & personalization
Agency Settings and Branding settings are duplicated to new workspaces upon creation. These can still be changed in every workspace, to personalize the agency experience. This provides flexibility on whether an agency likes to display the name, email and logo of either their business or those of their clients.
Agency Settings
Step 1. Access the agency settings via the settings in the parent workspace (π Quick link).
Step 2. Adjust the visibility of the billing page. Toggle to hide the billing page for managed (child) workspaces.
This is by default turned off, as the account management usually happens from within the parent workspace. Sharing access to a workspace is now stress-free as the client only sees what you want them to see, the content you created for them.
Step 3. Enable or disable the weekly digest. Users receive a weekly digest by default with statistics from the past week.
This can be disabled for all the child workspaces by toggling the setting on. Disabling the weekly digest for child workspaces streamlines the agency experience within the platform. This helps if customers don't need to receive automated reports from StoryChief.
π Note: Each user can enable the weekly digest again from within the notification center. Manage your notifications.
Personalization
Step 4. The personalization settings include some white-labelling options where agencies can prioritize their own branding over the default platform branding. So outgoing emails (e.g. reviews, collaboration or a shared calendar) will have the chosen branding of the agency or the client.
From name is what will be displayed in the automated emails to send to your clients.
From email to make sure the client recognizes that this email is coming from you and that it enforces brand recognition.
The logo will be displayed on public and shareable pages within StoryChief. If it's not configured, the StoryChief logo will be displayed.
