πŸ”” Note: You need to be an admin of the connected Twitter account in order to complete this verification.

Please follow the next steps to check if the StoryChief - Twitter connection has the right permissions to publish on your behalf.

Verify the connection

Step 1. In your Twitter account on the left side menu click the "More" button

Step 2. Select "Settings and privacy"

Step 3. Select "security and account access"

Step 4. Select "Apps and sessions"

Step 5. Select "Connected apps"

More troubleshooting:

What if the app only has Read ( or only write ) permission?

In this case, you need to click "Revoke app permissions" and "Connect your Twitter account" again.

What if the Story Chief app is not listed under the connected apps?

This means that you still need to connect your Twitter channel, please see Connect your Twitter account.
