Let's create a YouTube Shorts post via StoryChief.
Start publishing to YouTube Shorts
Step 1. In your dashboard, click on the green + sign and then click on Create Social post.
Step 2. Create your social post. Visit this help article to learn about the available options and features. You can choose to create a social post from a video. Activating your YouTube channel from the sidebar.
⚠️ Limitation: YT shorts videos need to be between 1-60 seconds and have an aspect ratio between 1:1 and 9:16. We recommend 9:16 to avoid cropping or blank space.
Step 3. A YT Shorts video needs to have a title and a message, which you can fill in manually or use the AI to generate these. Once you have finished creating your social post, you can click on Publish or Schedule to publish the post on a different date and time.
Step 4. At the bottom of the video, it's possible to change the default values for the category, visibility, license, notifications, embedding and whether it's made for kids.
