New and improved features overview:
Give William AI more context for better outputs
You asked for more context support when chatting with William AI, and we delivered. In addition to images and PDFs, you can now upload Microsoft Office files, spreadsheets, text documents and even existing tasks.
With more context, William generates outputs that are sharper, more relevant and closer to publish-ready. The more William knows, the better it works.
Explore multiple ideas with branched AI conversations
You can now branch your conversation with William as you go. Want to test different headlines, tones, structures or SEO angles? Simply branch from any point in the conversation and explore multiple directions side by side, without losing your original work.
It’s an easier way to experiment, compare options and choose the best outcome.
Create AI images with cleaner, more accurate text
We’ve upgraded the AI image engine to handle text much more accurately. Now your visuals come out clean and on-brand without extra edits.
Expect fewer random characters, clearer spelling and stronger support for non-English languages, making it easier to create reliable image assets you can confidently use across every channel.
Customize your workspace around your workflow
Your content overview is now fully customizable. Reorder columns, use alphabetically sorted filters and save your preferred layout to your account.
Your setup stays consistent across devices, so whether you’re at the office, at home or on the go, your workspace is exactly how you like it.
Keep feedback and files in one place
When adding comments to your content, you can now drop in images, videos, PDFs or spreadsheets exactly where the conversation happens.
On top of that, find all your PDFs in the brand new PDFs tab in the Media Library to keep deliverables organized and easy to find. And if your workflow starts in Canva, you can now export designs as PDFs too.
Import more content from your favorite AI tools
Not long ago, we introduced our MCP integration, which allows you to import articles and social posts directly from external AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Today, this integration is even more powerful: you can now also import newsletters, e-books, briefs and any other content you work with, directly into StoryChief.
💡 Already have this integration in place? Just hit the Refresh button in the MCP connection to see the new actions.
Other improvements you’ll love
Content Delivery API: easily deliver your published content to websites and apps. A fast, read-only solution that keeps everything organized per destination. Ideal for headless sites, mobile apps and modern frontends.
Inline comments: leave inline comments on other content types besides articles and social posts, even if you’re not the main editor.
Shopify updated integration: StoryChief now automatically uploads your featured images and inline visuals to Shopify, so the post that leaves StoryChief is the same post that shows up in Shopify.
Sitemanager updated integration: we’ve updated the webhook URL for Sitemanager. If you already have it connected, nothing breaks; the old setup will simply be marked as deprecated.
You can migrate whenever you’re ready, with no forced switch or urgent deadline.
