Creating, publishing and sharing content through StoryChief is child's play. However, you can really speed things up by working with batch actions. Batch actions allow you to perform an action on a number of articles, social posts or campaigns at the same time.

Step 1. Navigate to the correct content overview and select one or multiple pieces by clicking the checkbox next to them:
🔔 Note: Select all content by selecting the checkbox on top of the content overview. This allows selection for all content within your workspace or only the content listed within that page (25 pieces).
Step 2. Select the preferred action on the action bar at the bottom:
Delete the selected content
Add to one or multiple campaigns
Add others as collaborator
Send out batch approvals on content
Duplicate the selected content to another workspace
Manage the custom fields

Step 1. Navigate to the campaigns overview and select one or multiple campaigns by clicking on the check box next to them:
🔔 Note: you can also click on the check box at the top to select all the campaigns within your workspace or only the campaigns listed within that page (by default this is 25 campaigns):
Step 2. Select the preferred action on the action bar at the bottom:
Delete the selected campaigns
Assign the selected campaigns to a user/collaborator
Manage the custom fields
