Start using the content calendar

1. How to plan content from the calendar:

Step 1. In your dashboard click on: Calendar:

Step 2. To start planning in content, click on a day and then a pop-up will appear asking if you want to:

Step 3. Once you've selected one of the four options, a second pop-up will appear asking you to fill in the details.

For example, if creating an article, you can add a title, language, due time, assign it to a user in your account, add it to existing campaigns and add an editorial brief.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Once you've filled in the details of your article, click on Save or Save and add another to keep planning in articles.

Step 4. To get more information on the content, simply click on an article, social post, event, or campaign.

If you click on an article or social post, the pop-up provides a preview of the article/post, the channel, the title or caption, the status, the review status (if any), the campaign(s) and the collaborator(s).

Simply click on Edit to start editing the post or to unschedule/unpublish it.

2. Change the view of your calendar

Use the buttons located near the top-right to change between a month and week view. You can change the start of the week in your Account page (Sunday/Monday).

The weekly view shows straight away a small preview of each single article or social post per day, together with its channel, title or caption, status, the review status (if any), campaign(s) and the collaborator(s).

By clicking on this preview, you'll be able to edit it right away.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Did you know that you can also add collaborators to your articles, social posts or campaigns in bulk? follow this article to know more.
