How it works
Step 1. Go to your calendar and click Ideas in the top-right corner.
Step 2. A panel will open on the right-hand side.
At the top, you’ll see content recommendations from your Content Audit. These are high-priority topics that fit your industry, audience and brand voice; all powered by William AI.
💡 Tip: Keep your William AI Assistant settings up to date. The better William knows your industry, competitors and brand style, the more accurate and relevant these ideas will be.
Below the recommendations, you’ll find draft content without a due date. These are pieces that were never scheduled, like articles, social posts, newsletters, e-books etc.
Step 3. Want to use one of the recommendations? Click Load more to see a list of the top 5 priority ideas to write about. Pick one and drag it onto any day in your calendar on the left.
Want to plan further ahead? Just drag the item toward the right to move across upcoming months. When you’ve found the right day, drop it in place.
Step 4. Once you drop a recommendation onto the calendar, you’ll be asked which content type you want to create:

Social post
Podcast
Video
Newsletter
Etc
Pick the format you need, and you’ll be taken straight to the editor. From there, you can start writing yourself or let William AI lend a hand.
Have you rather seen a draft content you want to use? Simply drag the draft onto your calendar. Want to plan further ahead? Just drag the item toward the right to move across upcoming months. When you’ve found the right day, drop it in place.
The content type will be set automatically, so you can jump straight into execution.
