Creating, publishing and sharing content through StoryChief is child's play. However, you can really speed things up by working with bulk actions. Bulk actions allow you to perform an action on a number of stories, social posts or campaigns at the same time.
Let's find out what bulk actions are available in your StoryChief workspace:
Bulk actions for stories and social posts:
Step 1. Navigate to the stories or social posts overview and select one or multiple stories or social posts by clicking on the check box next to them:
🔔 Note: you can also click on the check box at the top to select all the stories or social posts within your workspace or only the stories or social posts listed within that page (by default this is 25 stories/social posts):
Step 2. Click on the Actions button on the right-hand side and select the action that you want to take:
Delete the selected stories/social posts
Add the selected stories/social posts to one or multiple campaigns
Assign the selected stories/social posts to a user/collaborator
Duplicate the selected stories/social posts to another workspace
Send out batch approvals on "postsets" (learn more)

Bulk actions for campaigns:
Step 1. Navigate to the campaigns overview and select one or multiple campaigns by clicking on the check box next to them:

Step 2. Click on the Actions button on the right-hand side and select the action that you want to take:
Delete the selected campaigns
Assign the selected campaigns to a user/collaborator
